Last Sunday, we attended a very beautiful and joyous wedding. It was David and Jess’s wedding.
We have known David for a number of years, dating back to those OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) days when I was still in university. David has somewhat been a special friend to us in that we have *watched* him grow during all these years. I have even served in the same committee as him! It was such an honour to be able to attend his wedding and to get to know his beautiful bride.
The wedding has brought together many many friends, especially those from OCF. I had the chance to catch up with many of the friends whom I have not met in a very long time. It was so good. The ceremony was very meaningful — the couple put a lot of thought to the songs and bible verses, and the message was very good too. Robin and I have truly enjoyed the wedding. As for our boys, they were with their grandma and that was also why we could enjoy ourselves! Here’s the happy couple:
