The long awaited rain has finally arrived — with a vengeance! Today has been a very cold, wet and windy day. Typical winter weather. There was a *mini* hail storm this morning too. The boys and I were watching the wind and rain from inside the house and all of a sudden, we saw little pellets of ice falling from the sky instead of rain. The boys just stood there and watched in silence and then the questioning started. 🙂
We felt safe to be in the house in weather like this. Thank God for keeping our house safe. We have heard many cases of power failure and flying roof tops and falling trees on houses …..
The other good thing about having such heavy rain is that the car get washed! The exterior of my car looks pretty good at the moment, thanks to the rain. However, the interior still needs lots of work!
