Where Is He Going?

The other day, Robin showed me this very interesting photo of Athan. We really wondered where he was going!

If you look closely at the photo, you will see that he is holding his bib on his left hand while he has a bucket and his day care bag on his right shoulder! And, on his feet, he is wearing my shoes.  I was told he even waved goodbye to his dad before he took off! How interesting.

The other day, I found him playing by himself and talking to his teddy.  At some point, he sounded like he was scolding the teddy bear and he sounded like *ahem* me!  I just stood at a distance and watched him play.  Priceless moment.

I am also pleased to say that Athan has stopped crying when we leave him at his day care centre.  For the last 3 weeks, he did not cry or made a sound when we left him to his carers.  There was a serious look on his face before we left, but after that he was fine.  He is always happy playing when  I pick him up at the end of the day.  He even tells me “di mei you ku de” (athan didn’t cry) in the car on the way home. I think my little guy has found his place in the centre now and he is starting to feel secure.  I know there will be days when he will cry again, but I also know that he will get over it.

sounded like he’s going to play, where he likes the most with the people he wanted to enjoy with. 🙂
