I was feeling lazy this afternoon and so I didn’t end up bringing the boys to the park as initially planned. Good thing that I did not tell Calvin about going to the park else he would be very very disappointed and would pester me non-stop with his favourite question “why”. He has such good memory for these things — I have learnt my lesson!
I pulled out the long forgotten play doh set and decided that it would be a “play doh” afternoon for the boys. Athan really enjoyed it — in his own way :). Calvin enjoyed playing with the doh too. He loved to make “spaghetti with meatballs” and “cookies” with the presser and stamps. Oh, and he loved making “snakes” too. 🙂 He’s quite creative. I should have taken some photos of his creations — maybe next time.
I love seeing the boys sitting side by side playing together. There was a little pushing and snatching, but it was minimal. They sat and played together for almost an hour. How sweet.
